Easy to operate. Does it pop out sometimes? Yes. Once in a while on certain tricky turns. Or perhaps because I'm fat. These are the only ones that are dependable and EASY to use. The others have problems ranging from being huge, padded and hot to requiring several minutes to find them under the seat after they fall off the belt, and then more time to position and get the belt in.
